- New case law: understanding implications from new judgments (in relevant areas such as employment, health and safety, privacy and general commercial); ensuring compliance; education for staff and management
- Legal compliance: Legal compliance programme development and education for staff and management
- Quality management via policy development and internal audit processes; incident investigations and reports
